Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times.
- Utilize company systems and databases to accurately document customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
